Okay G… don’t make this difficult😂

I'm not going to say "g" was difficult, but I felt good practicing it. This letter consisted of three foundational strokes (upstroke, ascending loop, and another upstroke). I felt comfortable writing the letter, even the the top part of the “g” makes the letter looks like a bobble head. I definitely need more practice, but I'm confident that I will be able to get this stroke down.  

I also realize that the tracing paper isn't your friend. It's not as clear as you think because it's tracing paper. Also, the lines in the book aren't as pronounced as they were in "Show Me Your Drills", learning the foundational strokes of calligraphy, I noticed. Those two things aren't the reason why, my "g's" looked like bobble heads. It's because this was my first time doing the letter "g" and I NEED MORE PRACTICE. 😂 

I'm going to end this post here because I still must write the week in review of what I learned practicing minuscules. I have my outline ready to go. I will leave with this. We are building more than calligraphy skills. We are building patience, confidence, and resilience. Every challenge we overcome becomes part of our creative foundation.
